Uneven temperatures across a floor plate
Often a VAV box, actuator or zone sensor problem rather than the rooftop unit itself. We trace from the space back to the equipment.
Economizers stuck open or closed
A very common source of high energy bills and comfort complaints in the Bay Area's mild climate. Title 24 requires functioning economizers on most units.
Recurring compressor failures
Repeat failures point to a root cause: liquid floodback, low airflow, electrical imbalance or a refrigerant issue. We find it instead of swapping compressors again.
