Common failures and what they mean
Water leaking from an indoor unit
Clogged condensate drains and failed pumps are the leading cause of ceiling damage in offices. Drain treatment is part of our maintenance.
Tripped breakers when the unit starts
Hard-starting compressors, grounded windings or undersized wiring. We check electrical before condemning the compressor.
VRF system faults with cryptic error codes
We diagnose communication, refrigerant and sensor faults on VRF systems and work from manufacturer service data.
