Fault 01

Box temperature creeping up overnight

Iced evaporator, failed defrost, low charge or a condenser that cannot reject heat in a hot kitchen. We diagnose the whole cycle.

Fault 02

Ice on the evaporator coil

Defrost failure, door left open, or a failed fan. Ice on the coil blocks airflow and leads to compressor damage if ignored.

Fault 03

Compressor running hot and cycling on overload

Dirty condenser, low airflow around the condensing unit or a refrigerant issue. Common on rooftop and back-of-house units.
